I have been trying to get a replacement Melt it Off program guide with the 3 day and 7 day diets in it for 2 months. I left mine in my cart at the supermarket and when I went back it was gone. I haven't even gotten to try this program because it has been impossible to get a replacement 3 day diet/7 day diet program/replacement guide!!!!

I have dealt with customer service several times over the past 6 weeks with out any resolve.

A customer is not able to order a replacement guide online. You have to go through customer service to order one. The first time I was told they had to check with upper management and I would receive a phone call back within 3 to 5 business days. I never received a call. On the 6th business I called back explaining it all over again. I was told the guide would be shipped out in 7 to 10 business days. I never received it.

I emailed CS when live chat was offline and explained what I needed all over again and asked when it would be shipped. After 48 hours, when I hadn't received a response from Melt it Off customer service, I called again.

I called Customer Service and again was told it had to be cleared with upper management. Upon hearing that, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. When the CS rep came back, he said he would process my request himself and I would receive a replacement guide book within 10 days after it being shipped. It has now been 6 weeks. We shall see if I receive it in 12 business days (2 bus. days to process and 7 to 10 bus. days to ship out). I am very disappointed in MIO.

I wish Melt It Off had a link on their website for existing customers so that if they need a new diet guide/program book, they could provide their proof of payment/order # and print one out without going through two months of torment and frustration and not get anything.

For this reason, I will not recommend Melt if Off to anyone. Customer service is a nightmare to get anything resolved or get a replacement. Their website needs to be better to accomodate issues like this. I can't even start the program. What a mess!
